Menu and prices are subjected to changes or withdrawal without prior notice at the sole discretion of the company.
Food are best consumed within 3 hours for regular buffet with warmers and within 1 hour for mini buffet in disposable containers.
Provision of full table setup with warmers, bio-degradable crockery and cutlery for standard buffet but not applicable for mini buffet.
No takeaway boxes will be provided as in accordance with NEA regulations.
Maximum of 4 hours per function upon arrival time, additional charges of $25/hr ($26.75 w/GST) after the designated collection time. Surchage of $150 ($160.50 w/GST) per hour for delivery / collection after midnight before 8am.
Additional charges of $60 ($64.20 w/GST) per flight of stairs for function venue above or below street level without direct lift landing. $100 ($107 w/GST) applied upon delivery if failed to inform us before the event.
Skirting or table cloth found damaged or burnt is chargeable at $70 ($74.90 w/GST) per piece.
Orders which deliver to offshore and CBD areas (Sentosa & Jurong Island) and central areas denoted by the first 2 digits of the postal code (01, 03, 04, 05, 06, 07, 08, 17, 18, 19, 22 & 23), an additional delivery surcharge of $10 ($10.70 w/GST) will apply for delivery after 9:30 am; an additional delivery surcharge of $20 ($21.40 w/GST) will apply for delivery before 9:30 am.
A cancellation fee of 50% from the total amount of order will be charged for any cancellation made less than 5 working days from the function date.
Delivery allowance of 45 minutes before or after the requested eating time to be permissible due to traffic or unforseen circumstances.
There will be a 4.1% fee for online credit card payments.
